Ingredients:
1. Coconut Filling:-- 1 cup Pure & Sure desiccated coconut
- 4 tbsp Horizon maple syrup or 4 tbsp Naturgreen agave syrup
- 2 tbsp Organic Matters coconut oil
- 1 cup Organic Matters coconut oil
- 1 cup Naturgreen cacao powder or 1 cup La Finestra cacao powder
- 4 tbsp Horizon maple syrup or 4 tbsp Naturgreen agave syrup
Directions:
- Process the coconut filling ingredients in the food processor or blender. Form into patties and freeze until firm.
- Mix the chocolate coating ingredients together.
- Dip the patties into the chocolate sauce and freeze until firm.
Keep the coconut chocolate bars refrigerated.
