Organic dairy-free almond cooking cream — an alternative to dairy and soya single cream.
Ecomil Cuisine Almond does not curdle when cooking. You can boil it and mix it with acidic ingredients (lemon, wine, mustard). Use it in sauces, soups, pasta, vegetables and desserts, as well as in tea or coffee.
Ingredients: Water, almond* (7%), sunflower oil*, agave syrup*, stabiliser (arabic gum*, xanthan gum), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin*, sea salt, natural flavouring*. *From organic farming.
Shake well before opening. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 5 days.
