Shipping policy

Delivery location
We deliver within Mauritius. For international shipping enquiries, email shop@organicmatters.mu.

Delivery time
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil orders within about 3 business days of the order date (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays; we do not ship on Sundays). Delivery times are estimates only and are not a contractual commitment. Organic Matters does not waive payment or treat goods as free if delivery takes longer, and a longer delivery time is not a breach of contract.

Shipping costs
Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Free delivery applies over Rs 2,500 (subject to checkout terms). Additional charges may apply to remote areas.
