Suitable on any dish. Preferably sliced if used raw and grated if cooked. Largely used in the preparation of jellies, stuffed pasta, roulade of meat, sauces for condiments. Great thinly sliced on some bread with a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a pinch of salt.
Ingredients: Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt), Sunflower Oil 34%, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 3%, Salt, Flavouring. It may contain traces or spores of the genus Tuber spp.
