Truffle Sauce with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Excellent alone or on sandwiches and canapés, pasta or meat, mixed with sauces or creamy cheese.

Ingredients: Meadow mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower oil 11%, extra virgin olive oil 5%, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 2%, Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt) 1%, black olives, salt, flavourings. It may contain traces or spores of the genus Tuber spp.
