How to enjoy: Drain the pack, rinse well under cold water, then dry-fry 2–3 minutes to remove excess moisture. Stir-fry with prawns or tofu, sesame oil, greens, and a splash of coconut aminos. Also lovely in laksa-style soups or a ginger–garlic vegetable bowl.
