Bechamel Almond cream

Organic béchamel cooking cream, alternative to dairy and soya single creams, Tetra Brik 200 ml.

Ingredients: Water, almond* (7%), sunflower oil*, cane sugar*, acacia fibre*, stabiliser (xanthane gum*, carob bean gum*), sea salt, nutmeg* (0,075%), natural nutmeg flavouring*, black pepper* (0,007%).

How to use: Shake well before opening. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 5 days.

Ecomil Cuisine béchamel does not curdle when cooking. You can boil it and also mix it with acid ingredients (lemon, wine, mustard). Delicious, unctuous, ready to use.
